Over time part numbers are updated with new part numbers. Chat with us to discuss what you can’t find and we’ll guide you to the correct part number to purchase. If you can, please provide the Hytrol serial or FO number of the conveyor the part is for.
Hytrol’s serial and FO numbers must be manually looked up by our customer support team. Chat or contact us with the serial number and the Hytrol part you’re searching for.
OAW refers to the overall width of the conveyor bed. Dimension from outside to outside of the conveyor frames or channel in inches.
BR, also called BF, refers to between rail or between frames. This is the dimension between the inside of the conveyor, between the bed frames or channels, in inches.

Yes. After a quick approval process, you’ll be able to purchase by emailing PO’s or order online and be sent an invoice when it ships. To apply please contact us to apply. Please provide tax exemption or any other important details with your inquiry.
Once approved, a Company Account will be created and you’ll be able to invite others within your company to have a log-in to access location(s) those contacts are associated with.

Before ordering, send your tax exemption to support@hytrolparts.com and let us know the email address you’re using to order. We will update your online account with the appropriate tax settings so you can complete purchases tax free.

All our parts are brand new in original manufacture packaging and come with a one year warranty. Standard conditions apply like normal working conditions. If you have an issue, please contact us immediately. Provide your order number and the issue being experienced for us to exchange the parts.
We guarantee that the customer support information we provide to be accurate. If you ask us for a part number with the conveyor serial number and we ship the wrong part, we will exchange it for the correct part at no additional charge.
